Are you interested in Nazca Lines?

OK! I suppose you are. ;-p

So, this time I am going to introduce Nazca Lines and post a few pictures to you.

 .

Nazca Lines are a series of ancient figures created thousands of

years ago approximately between 200BC and 600AD.

They located in the Nazca Desert in southern Peru, using simple tools to scrape away

the dark pebbles on the surface and reveal the light sand underneath.

Therefore, the lines of Nazca Lines are comparatively white with surrounding sand.

Rain seldom falls on the Nazca Desert, so the figures can keep to nowadays.

And why these figures are so special?

The answer is these patterns can only be recognized from high sky.

However, Nazca Desert is a plain; there are not any high points like mountains

near them and airplanes aren’t exist in ancient time.

So, it is hard to make these figures so perfect with traditional ways.
